Sen. Joe Manchin has announced that he will vote for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to be confirmed to the Supreme Court

Democratic Senator Joe Manchin announced that he will vote for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, which will almost certainly confirm her nomination.
