Corazón Latino, in partnership with Chesapeake Gateways, offered a series of three webinars to:

Provide members of the Chesapeake Bay Gateways Network with baseline information, best practices, and recommendations for creating meaningful engagement with their local Latino communities within the Chesapeake watershed.
Share adaptable educational materials/toolkits specifically for Latino audiences in the watershed.
Promote the creation of a “community of practice” on Latino engagement within the Gateways Network.

Trainings available

Latino Engagement 101: Basic concepts and examples of successful Latino engagement programs based on Corazón Latino methodology, experience, and track record.

Digital Strategies to Engage and Inspire Latino Communities: We will share best practices, methodologies, and insights on creating successful online engagement campaigns focused on Latino members of the public, particularly in the times of COVID-19.
Organizing and implementing successful events: We will review best practices, tools, and methodologies to ideate, design, and implement meaningful engagement experiences for Latino communities in conservation, outdoor recreation, and wellness.
