Location Theodore Roosevelt Island is located in the Potomac River between Rosslyn, VA and the Kennedy Center in DC.Metro: Rosslyn (Blue/Orange) 10 minute walk --For those taking the metro, Latino Outdoors Coordinator will arrive at 9:30am an walk towards Roosevelt Island at 9:45amCar: Roosevelt Island is accessible only from the northbound lanes of GW Parkway. The enterance to the parking lot is located north of Roosevelt Bridge (Route 66).
